Jeffrey Greenstein<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Founder and CEO<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Higher Standard was founded by Jeffrey Greenstein, who rose through the ranks at Millennium Media becoming President of the indie studio and President of International Sales & Distribution prior, in April 2015, during his near 15 year tenure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overseeing sales and distribution of all the company\u2019s productions he\u2019s handled over 70 films that have grossed upwards of $2 Billion in worldwide box office, including the Expendables franchise, the \u2018Has Fallen\u2019 franchise, the Mechanic franchise and the recent #1 box office hit, The Hitman\u2019s Bodyguard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greenstein is a graduate of the University of Central Florida – College of Business Administration, where he majored marketing with a concentration in sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to entering the film business, he worked as an Assistant Trainer for the Anthony Robbins Foundation, owned and published a professional development magazine for young professionals, and owned and operated a commercial carpet cleaning company he started at the age of 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tanner Mobley<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

VP of Development & Production<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fifteen-year industry veteran, Mobley joins A Higher Standard from Millennium Media, where he worked on over seventy films during his tenure. As Vice President of Development and Production, he oversaw the company\u2019s development slate and managed key creative relationships with writers, directors, and filmmakers. His experience spans acquisitions, development, packaging, sales, and production.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca Raichek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Creative Executive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca Raichek joined A Higher Standard after working as a coordinator at Black Label Media where she contributed to such films as Devotion, Reptile, and the Whitney Houston biopic I Wanna Dance With Somebody. During her tenure she helped shepherd and expand the creation of their TV slate, in addition to helping package multiple feature films. Prior to Black Label Media she worked at Paradigm in the talent department for two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in Film & TV at Syracuse University where she interned at Red Hour and Legendary Pictures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Danny Greenstein is a seasoned professional in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry, serving as the Head of Business Development for A Higher Standard. With a career that spans dozens of complex, high-profile projects, including \u201cThe Expendables 4\u201d, \u201cHellboy: The Crooked Man\u201d, and \u201cThe Prot\u00e9g\u00e9\u201d, Danny\u2019s strategic insight is instrumental in structuring each and every production from inception through finance to final delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danny\u2019s foundation in Journalism – Media and Mass Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder gave him a unique perspective on international media & business, while his experience in the Rocky Mountains instilled a deep respect for nature. This balance between sharp business acumen and a grounded outlook has shaped his leadership philosophy\u2014striving to leave a positive impact on every community where his work takes him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Known for his kind and collaborative approach, Danny is an adept problem-solver who navigates the intricate legal landscapes of the entertainment industry with clarity and respect. His expertise in legal strategy, rights acquisition, and production management empowers him to anticipate and address challenges, ensuring A Higher Standard\u2019s projects consistently meet both creative and logistical excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kira Sterrett joins A Higher Standard as Coordinator of Development, Production, and Sales. She previously held roles at A24, Netflix, and NEON, supporting teams across film acquisitions, creative development, production, and international sales. She is passionate about championing filmmakers and bringing compelling stories to audiences worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
